Refund policy

At Parish Handlooms, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our authentic handloom bedding. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with tags intact, and in its original premium packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and items purchased during clearance/final sales. 

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned bedsheet/comforter, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
